How does it work?

Save your document as a .pdf, and upload it to XOIP or send it via email. Enter the telephone number then press "Send".  For detailed instructions, see support on fax sending.

XOIP will let you know when your fax has been delivered, or if there were any problems. You can check the status of your fax on the website. XOIP will try a number of times if the line is busy.

XOIP credits

  • XOIP uses credits to pay for the sending of faxes. Each credit costs € 0.15.
  • Credits can be purchased by calling 0900 0401 349, by bank transfer, or by receiving faxes using XOIP Plus.
  • If you upload a fax and do not have enough credits, XOIP will queue your fax until you are able to upload credits.
