How does fax sending work?

Save your document as a .pdf, and upload it to XOIP or send it via email. Enter the telephone number then press "Send". For detailed instructions, see support on fax sending.

XOIP will let you know when your fax has been delivered, or if there were any problems. You can check the status of your fax on the website. XOIP will try a number of times if the line is busy.

XOIP credit

  • XOIP uses credit to pay for the sending of faxes.
  • Credit can be purchased by calling 0900 0401 349, by bank transfer, via PayPal or iDeal, or by receiving faxes using XOIP Plus.
  • If you upload a fax and do not have enough credit, XOIP will queue your fax until you are able to upload credit.
