XOIP credit is used to pay for the sending of faxes, forwarding of calls and more.

To fax one page to a local Dutch telephone number costs €0,15. For details of the cost of sending faxes internationally, see fax sending rates.

Buy via 0900 phone-call

You can add €1,20 at a time by calling 0900 0401 349.
Enter your XOIP number when prompted. Your credit will be
instantly available.

One call costs €1,30. This is for €1,20 worth of credit and includes a €0,10 transaction fee.

Buy online

You can purchase credit to the value of €4,50 to €180 via an
online purchase. Your credit will be instantly available. There is no transaction fee.

Pay with a bank transfer

You may make a deposit directly into our bank account.
Only amounts greater than €30 will be accepted. XOIP charges a
€3 handling fee for bank transfers.

You MUST mail the helpdesk for your credit to be activated.

Earn credit on incoming faxes

You will receive €0,15 for each fax page received on your XOIP Plus number. You can use this XOIP Plus credit to send faxes. Any unused XOIP Plus credit will expire after 12 months.
